Hi! My name is Brooke and I am so excited to share design ideas with you! I do want to clarify that these mood boards are just that….ideas. The mood boards are a way for me to put together color and style options to inspire design and decor ideas for your home. Feel free to use my mood boards as a base for your design because that is their intention. I advise to take into consideration the size and lighting of the room that you are designing as these can significantly affect a design. Items shown in mood boards are not to scale and therefore may also look different in your space. I always recommend obtaining samples, if you are able, to see the colors and materials in the space you are designing.
In each mood board, I cite where I found the items shown. I understand that you may want to use a different paint color, finish style, brand, etc. That is the beauty about interior design. We have an infinite amount of style and color combinations to make our spaces our own.
One of the reasons I love interior design is because of the emotions and memories one can evoke through color and design. I will warn you that while I love a white, crisp coastal vibe, I am an advocate for using color. I will most likely use color in the majority of my designs, however, white walls is always an option in my book.
